Sangrita! What a great idea. In the process of making the sauce I actually generated a decent amount of tomato juice. The idea of making a garden-fresh Bloody Mary crossed my mind, but I think making Sangrita would be fun. My father was quoted $12,000 for a similar job, it took two guys about a week using a backhoe. patching the asphalt in the driveway was included. He got a bill for $20,000! he paid $12,000 for the services rendered and the contractor ended up accepting it.

Nicely done. We had a much smaller project about a year ago for which we hired a plumber. Upon seeing the job done, we were dismayed to find how easy it would have been to do ourselves -- not to mention, as you stated, the cost! Mas kudos for the courage to strike out on your own and the skill to see it through!
